ATG believes all companies have the right
to reach the investing community no matter their size, budget
or length of time in business. Each company should have
their story told with the same passion that created the
company. As an investor relations firm we have a duty to
get the story out as quick as possible to as wide an audience
as possible.
ATG believes investors should be given all information we
can provide on our clients so they may make the most educated
decision on the companies we highlight. We want investor
to look to us as the first source of information on new
investment opportunities but not the last. We encourage
investors to research and ask questions.

Amanda Flores
CEO of ATG Capital
Born and raised in Southern California, Amanda joined the
financing industry 18 years ago. Prior to founding ATG, Amanda
held key positions with E*TRADE™Financial as well as
with other companies in the banking and financial industries.
Drawing on her experience she founded ATG with the goal of
giving the client access to a team that could see their vision
and work with them to achieve their goals long term.
King Richards
President of ATG Capital
King Richards’s entrepreneur spirit was put to use
at an early age. Given the assignment of taking a start
up specialty restaurant and expected it into a success.
Using his keen business sense he took the restaurant with
a minimal budget in the highly competitive Southern California
market place to annual sales of $500,000. Next he entered
the mortgage industry where he successfully ran a mortgage
branch overseeing a staff of 15 employees. His ability to
see the core strengths of a company and build on them makes
him a perfect fit to the executive team of ATG.
Shonda
Mullins
Account Executive
Shonda Mullins began her career in the financial industry
in 1989 and has over 20 years of experience in operations,
training, leading production teams and sales. She has enjoyed
positions at firms such as E*TRADE Financial, H & R
Block and Ellie Mae.
