and local laws apply. Promotion void where prohibited
by law. Entrants need not be present to win. If
a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable
effort has been exerted during five (5) business
days from the date of the drawing, or if he/she
cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules,
an alternate winner may be selected. Any person
attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with
this drawing will be ineligible for prizes and will
be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. All
entries must be complete in order to be eligible.
Entries that are late, misdirected, tampered with,
garbled, incomplete, lost or otherwise not in compliance
with these Official Rules will be disqualified.
You will be contacted by e-mail. In the event that
you win resort accomodations, night(s) stay, or
seminars at resorts, you must provide credit card
information for incidentials. ATG Inc and ATG Capital
Inc. or any of its associates is held harmless and
released of all liability in the event of injury,
or anything else that might occur due to use of
prize. We are also not responsible if drawing entry
is not received due to malfunction, of any other
reason
